2026 MSBOA Summer Conference

June 15, 2026 - June 17, 2026

Description

The 2026 MSBOA Summer Conference is scheduled for June 15-17, 2026, at Cragun's Resort, Golf & Conference in Brainerd (East Gull Lake), MN. This year’s conference brings together student transportation leaders, safety professionals, and technology experts for two days of professional development sessions, advocacy & policy updates, transportation best practices, and vendor networking.

To make your planning easier, we’ve secured a special room block rate at Cragun's Resort for MSBOA members. EARLY BIRD registration is available for MSBOA Members at a discounted rate of $395 through April 20, 2026. After this date, the regular registration rate of $425 will apply to Members Only.

Non MSBOA-member registration will be at a flat rate of $525.

Please note that proper registration is required to attend all Summer Conference events, and the MSBOA Golf Tournament and Captain's Club Private Cruise require an additional registration fee to attend.

You can purchase your conference registration, sponsorship, as well as the golf or private cruise registration at the same time through the MSBOA Summer Conference event portal.
